The SoulCollage® paradigm was created by the late psychologist, Seena B.Frost, and is an engaging intuitive collaging process that uses images to explore and depict the inner workings of one’s own conscious and subconscious minds, as well as the opportunity to explore the many aspects of one’s strengths, shadows, and Archetypal influences. Through the SoulCollage® process, one can capture the metaphors that describes one’s own life journey, feelings about the surrounding World, and the people, animals and spirits that impact one’s life. In other words, there are endless possibilities about which you can create SoulCollage® cards!
Fortunately, you do not need to be an artist or have artistic skills, to be successful in creating SoulCollage® cards! Using pre-made images from magazines, we will be coming together to make many SoulCollage® cards during the retreat weekend.
All supplies will be provided, except scissors! Please bring a pair of sharp crafting scissors and get ready to enjoy cutting and pasting. If you have any images that you have personally collected and would like to use, please feel free to bring them, but there will be plenty of magazines on hand to pull from. Guided by Annette Laugel. Check-in begins at 4pm and the retreat will begin after dinner. The retreat will end before lunch on Sunday and the Center will have an optional Mass available for those who wish to attend.
The retreat will be led by Annette Laugel, LCPC, LMT, a SoulCollage® facilitator since 2012. Annette is an integrative psychotherapist, and a holistic bodyworker in private practice, in the Baltimore area.
