What a Healthy Body-Mind-Spirit Interconnection Can Do for Us…at Any Age
Wednesday, May 10, 9am-4pm
There is so much talk about how our emotions affect our bodies and how our core beliefs affect our ability to bounce back. What’s the science supporting that? More importantly, how can we use the science practically in our own lives when we experience stress or trauma? This retreat will give user-friendly background information so that participants can use skills that are already part of the human make-up to be more resilient each day…even on the bad days.
This day-long retreat will include several presentations, small and large group discussions, and several opportunities for personal reflection and/or prayer, in addition to time for breaks, lunch, and Mass.
