We invite you to find a moment today to express your gratitude for all of life’s blessings. In the comments, share one of your blessings!
Heavenly Father, I come before You with a grateful heart, recognizing the abundance of blessings that surround me. Thank You for the gift of life, for every breath I take. Help me cultivate a spirit of gratitude and contentment, appreciating the simple joys that often go unnoticed.
Release me from the grip of discontentment and comparison, allowing me to find fulfillment in what I have rather than what I lack. May my intentions be rooted in gratitude, and may I share the blessings You have bestowed upon me with others. In Your infinite grace, I find contentment and everlasting joy.
Amen.

Last night (1/9/24) I was able to experience a last minute, rare, dinner out with my daughter, three of my granddaughters, and my six-year old great-grandson…along with my husband, who managed to get out of work early!
The occasion? Just to say goodbye to one of the granddaughter’s as she leaves to go back to college after the Christmas break.
It was a dreary night brightened by the innocence of a six-year old child, the newish maturity of a senior in college AND another a senior in high school. The camaraderie warmed my heart and I knew the Holy Spirit was at work in that tiny space.
Cheryl, Thank you for sharing this story with us. We are so glad you had that opportunity and felt the Spirit working to make that dinner happen on such an otherwise yucky night!
