Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing

This restorative yoga and sound healing workshop invites participants of all ages and abilities to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies and minds. Using gentle, supported poses, soothing sound vibrations, and mindful breathwork, the practice promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional balance. Participants will experience restorative yoga stretches that calm the nervous system, vibrational sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, and drums to deepen focus and serenity, and simple breathwork and mindfulness exercises to cultivate presence and inner peace. No prior yoga experience is required. Bring a yoga mat and props such as blankets or pillows to support comfort and alignment, ensuring you can fully rest and receive the benefits of the practice. Please dress comfortably and come with an open mind.

Note: The same program will be offered in the Morning Session and Afternoon Session as part of this Weekday Workshop event. When registering, be sure to select/indicate your preferred time slot. This registration page is for the Afternoon Session.

Explore our website for other morning and afternoon workshops offered on this same date.
