A Journey of Compassion, Justice, and Service
Join us for a transformative retreat where participants are invited to experience the charism of the Sisters of Bon Secours — compassion, healing, and liberation. This immersive experience offers a unique blend of spiritual reflection, community engagement, and personal growth.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with ministries in both Marriottsville and nearby Baltimore, serving alongside those who embody the Bon Secours mission in healthcare, social services, and outreach to marginalized communities. These hands-on experiences will be complemented by guided reflections, group discussions on social justice, and contemplative prayer.
Throughout the retreat, we will explore how individual ministry can be a source of personal healing and hope in today’s world. Whether you’re discerning a call to service or seeking deeper spiritual connection, this retreat offers a sacred space to listen, learn, and live the charism of Bon Secours. Guided by Mickey Reed.
Check-in begins at 4pm. There will be a brief welcome session at 5:30pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. The retreat begins after dinner at 7pm on Monday and concludes after lunch on Friday. Signed waivers will be required for all participants. More details about this retreat will be available in the spring issue of Bridges.
