Spiritual Wellness: Where Do I Stand?
What is a good spiritual life?
How can I assess the quality of my spiritual life?
What ingredients are needed for living my life well in relation to God?
During this retreat day, guided by Fr. Michael Schleupner, we will:
- Look at the Fourteen Ingredients for Spiritual Wellness.
- Look at ourselves and our lives and see if these ingredients are present.
- Develop a plan for including these ingredients.
The purpose of the day is to look at my spiritual life in relation to the Fourteen Ingredients for Spiritual Wellness.
- This retreat day will include presentations, conversation, group sharing, and time for quiet reflection, prayer, and Mass.
- While based on the Christian Scriptures, the day is open to persons of all faith traditions.
Our Friends Day of Prayer retreats are held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month. Everyone is welcome to attend and you can drop into any month. It’s not required to attend every month. A morning presentation will be given, there will be time for Mass in the chapel, a delicious lunch, and an afternoon presentation. Free time will be offered to walk the labyrinth, spend quiet time in prayer or shop in the bookstore.
