Healthy Living with Saint Ignatius is a retreat rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, which focus on a whole person approach to being well: body, mind, and spirit. Check-in begins at 4pm. There will be a brief welcome session at 5:30pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. The retreat begins after dinner at 7pm on Friday and concludes after lunch on Sunday. Mass will be available Sunday morning for those who wish to attend.
Paul Gallagher, D.Min. is a longtime faith formation leader in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Paul used the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius to get his own health back on track and looks forward to helping you with your own transformation.
