The second half of life is not about age. It is a mindset and a way of being — an invitation to become more awake to our lives, more honest about the questions we carry, and more willing to loosen our grip on certainty and control.
During this weekend retreat, we will explore what it means to remain present to the questions emerging within us without rushing to resolve them. Through teaching, reflection, conversation, creative practices, movement, and rest, participants will draw upon the intellectual, emotional, relational, embodied, intuitive, and spiritual wisdom available to us.
Together, we will consider what we may be ready to release, what remains unfinished, and what is asking to take shape in the next season of our lives. We will practice cooperating with reality, listening beneath the noise of expectation and obligation, and moving toward a more integrated and authentic way of being.
Participants will leave with renewed clarity, practices for continued discernment, and a personally meaningful next step. Guided by Arianne Rice.
Meals and lodging are included. Check-in begins at 4pm. There will be a brief welcome session at 5:30pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. The retreat begins after dinner at 7pm on Friday and concludes after lunch at 1pm on Sunday. Mass will be available Sunday morning for those who wish to attend.
