Are you interested in exploring biblical meditation and learning how the practice can deepen your faith? If so, you are invited and encouraged to join us as we explore meditation through the scriptures as an embodied and heart-centered practice. Through prayer/meditation, journaling, sound, silence, movement, and stillness, participants will have the opportunity to engage in spiritual practices designed to support physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being.
