Draw Near
Join us for an intentional time to listen for God in a new way, without the busyness of life. During this fall retreat we will spend time in God’s presence while exploring scripture, biblical meditation, and prayer. Enjoy guided prayer, meditation, journaling, and other activities as a group or on your own as we gather to draw near to God — body, soul, and spirit. Lunch is included. Sherrell Moore-Tucker is an author, health minister, and Bible teacher. She has organized and led health and wellness workshops and retreats, and she has facilitated studies on spiritual disciplines and various Biblical topics. An advocate for Christian education and Biblical literacy, her passion is to see people become more disciplined in their faith with a clear understanding of the fundamentals of the Christian faith, attributes of God, stewardship, and growth through the disciplines.
