Has stress gotten the best of you? Do you feel burned out and disconnected? If so, you are invited to join us for a weekend designed to help you unplug and reconnect with God.
Through group discussion, meditation, prayer, worship, mindful movement, and journaling, we will learn how to cultivate spiritual and wellness practices that support our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We will spend the weekend exploring what true health and wellness looks like from a biblical point of view.
Please bring a pen, notepad/journal, yoga mat, small pillow, and blanket for use during the retreat.
Check-in begins at 4pm. There will be a brief welcome session at 5:30pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. The retreat begins after dinner at 7pm on Friday and concludes before lunch on Sunday. Sherrell Moore-Tucker is a holistic wellness educator and the founder of MindBody FAITH (MBF).
