“Fill Your Cup” Women’s Retreat
You cannot pour from an empty cup. Even if you don’t have kids, as a woman you probably find yourself taking on the role of caretaker or giver, pouring yourself out for the sake of others. Women are the nurturers of the world, but it’s often our biggest challenge to demonstrate as much love, care, and compassion to ourselves as we do to others, and we get tired.
If you are feeling depleted, this one-day retreat is an opportunity to refill your cup. Our time together will include space to connect with God, with yourself and with others through art-making, rest, prayer, meditation, writing, and time in nature. Self-care isn’t selfish, it’s a necessity. Spend the day with us replenishing your mind, body and spirit. Guided by Michele Lisenbee. Lunch is included.
