Thank You so much for the restful breathing exercise. It was perfect for today! From the time I woke up until 5:30 pm – I have been busy doing chores – cleaning groceries – and cooking (making meals/freezing meals). It was wonderful after being on my feet for several hours, to be able to sit down and listen to this relaxing exercise – focusing on the breath. I feel rested – renewed – and refreshed! Plus it is a wonderful practice for any day – to be mindful of our breathing.
