Introspective Breathwork™
In this two-hour workshop, participants will be introduced to the transforming potential of mindfully utilizing the breath for our health and well-being. Some background on the history and science of therapeutic breathwork will be shared, followed by a 45-minute session of conscious connected Introspective Breathwork™, a form of conscious breathing. Please bring a camping or yoga mat (the more cushion the better), one or two pillows and a blanket, along with a water bottle. Participants will be asked to sign a medical release form in order to attend this workshop.
Note: The same program will be offered in the Morning Session and Afternoon Session as part of this Weekday Workshop event. When registering, be sure to select/indicate your preferred time slot.
This registration page is for the AFTERNOON Session.
Explore our website for various morning and afternoon workshops offered on this same date.
Guests may choose from several options and attend a morning workshop, have lunch in the Dining Room, and attend an afternoon workshop. Register for each event separately.
