Images and Words: The Wisdom of Nature
Every season holds a sacred rhythm, both in the natural world and in our own lives. Autumn especially invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and notice what is quietly unfolding within and around us. In this gentle, soul-centered workshop, we will attune ourselves to the wisdom of the present moment through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and a contemplative walk in nature with camera or cell phone in hand. We will practice seeing with new eyes — allowing the landscape to speak, symbols to emerge, and quiet truths to reveal themselves through the lens. This is not about technique, but about presence, so cell phone cameras are fine. A small journal will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own. No photography experience is needed — just a willingness to pause, notice, and receive.
Note: The same program will be offered in the Morning Session and Afternoon Session as part of this Weekday Workshop event. When registering, be sure to select/indicate your preferred time slot.
This registration page is for the AFTERNOON Session.
