Rest, Reflect, & Reconnect: Creativity for Inner Well-Being
Step away from the busyness of daily life and join us for a nourishing afternoon of creativity, reflection, and renewal. This workshop invites participants to explore art as a form of self-care and mindful expression in a welcoming, supportive environment. Through simple creative exercises, guided reflection, and time outdoors in nature, participants will have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage with others in meaningful ways. No artistic experience is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to be present. Together, we will explore creativity as a pathway to relaxation, insight, and restoration. Participants will leave with personal reflections, creative pieces, and practices they can continue beyond the retreat experience. All materials will be provided. Guided by Barbara Schubert.
