Integrating Faith, Courage, and Wholeness in the Second Half of Life
Join Arianne Rice — Episcopal priest, facilitator, and leadership coach — for a reflective and interactive workshop inspired by Richard Rohr’s Falling Upward: Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life and enriched by the work of Dr. Brené Brown. Whether you’re familiar with Rohr and Brown or simply curious, this day offers a powerful exploration of spiritual growth, authenticity, and vulnerability. Brown, who wrote the book’s introduction, calls Rohr’s teaching a “homecoming” to our true selves. Her insights into embracing imperfection and living wholeheartedly beautifully complement Rohr’s spiritual frameworks. Through teaching, personal reflection, and small group conversation, you’ll engage practices and exercises to take with you. Together, we’ll explore how to move beyond the false self, deepen our spiritual lives, and embrace the gifts and challenges of life’s second half. Lunch is included. Guided by Arianne Rice.
