What We Focus on Matters as We Grieve
An old adage: “What We Focus on Grows “ is a helpful guide as we journey with our grief. Bereavement Counselor and Psychotherapist Annie Hisle will explore some helpful areas for focus that provide healing as bereaved delve into the many aspects of loss. Many even reevaluate what really matters and are open to adapting new practices, behaviors and attitudes as they move ahead on their journey.
Stories of helpful focusing will be discussed and poems, quotes and prayers will be shared. Time for dialogue and still time for reflection will be provided. Lunch is included.
Our grief retreats are held quarterly and each retreat is designed to provide tools for coping while grieving the loss of a loved one.
