REMEMBER: The Sacred Art of Rest is an immersive wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore rest as a sacred practice. Through reflective learning, guided conversation, lectio divina, mindfulness, meditation, journaling, music, and an immersive sound bath, we will create space to explore the stories we carry about work, worth, productivity, resilience, and rest. Together, we will listen. We will reflect. We will release. We will receive. And we will honor the wisdom of those who came before us while making space for a different way of being. This isn’t a retreat where you come to become a better version of yourself. You are not a project to be fixed. You are invited to simply come home.

LEARN: Explore the relationship between rest, resilience, identity, culture, and wellness. LISTEN: Create intentional space for stories, wisdom, music, and reflection. REFLECT: Use guided journaling and contemplative practices to examine what you’ve been carrying. RECLAIM: Consider what rest, joy, softness, and receiving look like in your life now. RECEIVE: Allow meditation, music, vibration, and sound to support deep relaxation. REST: End the experience in an immersive sound bath designed to quiet the noise and invite your body into stillness. REMEMBER: You have spent enough time carrying. Come put something down. Come remember the parts of yourself that became quiet while you were surviving, working, caregiving, achieving, and showing up for everyone else. Come remember that rest belongs to you, too. Come rest. Come restore. Come remember. Lunch is included. Guided by Teara Booker.
