A Journey of Surrender and Spiritual Renewal

Join us for a Lenten retreat designed to help you slow down, release burdens, and make space for God’s renewing grace. Through a gentle rhythm of guided meditation, breath prayer, reflective journaling, and mindful movement, we’ll explore what it means to surrender to God’s love and be spiritually refreshed. Whether through stillness or movement, each practice will invite you to return to the One who restores the soul. Come as you are….to open your heart, quiet your mind, and leave renewed. Lunch is included. Guided by Sherrell Moore-Tucker.

Sherrell Moore-Tucker is a seminary student and aspiring chaplain with a heart for care of the body, soul, and spirit. With over ten years of experience in wellness and Christian ministry, Sherrell holds various certifications and training in Christian and Biblical meditation, natural and holistic health, health minister, mindful movement, and trauma-informed movement practices. In addition to serving in her local church, she also leads small groups and retreats and shares mindful movement, meditations, guided prayers, and other faith-based content on platforms such as YouTube and Insight Timer.
