Late summer is nature’s soft exhale — a gentle pause between the outward energy of summer and the inward pull of autumn. It’s a season for centering, grounding, and savoring life’s simple abundance. In Chinese medicine, this “fifth season” invites us to come back to center, root into the present, and nourish ourselves deeply before the busyness of the next cycle begins. In this restorative one-day retreat for women, we’ll gather for guided meditation, reflective journaling, time in nature, art-making, and restful pauses. You will have space to breathe, listen inwardly, and replenish your energy — releasing the need to “do” and embracing the pleasure of simply “being.” Lunch is included. Guided by Michelle Lisenbee.
