Presenter: Anne Kertz Kernion

How do our core beliefs affect our bodies, brains, and relationships — in both positive and negative ways? We will explore the fascinating ways our beliefs, words, and actions not only affect our brains and bodies, but also the brains and bodies of those around us. We will also discover how prayer fuels our health and well-being, decreases our stress, and boosts our resilience, allowing all of us to live more joyfully

Check-in begins at 4pm. There will be a brief welcome session at 5:30pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. The retreat begins after dinner at 7pm on Friday and concludes after lunch at 1pm on Sunday. Mass will be available Sunday morning for those who wish to attend.
