A Soulful Invitation to Release and Receive
In the season of spring — when the earth stirs with new life and the soul leans toward light — we invite you into a sacred day of reflection, creativity, and inner journeying. Through the ancient practice of labyrinth walking and the intuitive process of SoulCollage®, you’ll be guided to listen deeply, reflect gently, and honor the sacred story unfolding within you. The labyrinth walk offers a moving meditation, inviting you to slow down and step into sacred space, releasing what no longer serves, and opening space to receive something new. As you follow the ancient path, you may find clarity, comfort, or simply a place to lay something down. In quiet conversation with this movement, SoulCollage® offers a creative way to process your walk and uncover what is stirring beneath the surface. Using your intuition and simple materials — magazines, scissors, glue — you will create personal collage cards to reflect on your walk and express the truths that live beneath words. Together, these practices become companions on your inward path. Whether you’re navigating transition, grief, or growth — or simply craving stillness — this retreat offers a gentle and spacious container for your spirit to breathe, create, and be.
Your day will include:
- Brief introductions to the labyrinth and SoulCollage® process
- A contemplative labyrinth walk (rain or shine)
- Unhurried, silent space for making collage cards
- Guided journaling and reflection with your cards in sacred community
No prior experience with the labyrinth or SoulCollage® is necessary. All supplies to create your cards will be provided and no artistic skills are needed. If you can cut and paste, you can do SoulCollage®. Come just as you are. The path is waiting. Lunch is included. Guided by Lorie Conway.
